TPS25921L -Undershoot at Hot-Short

Hi Team,

 

I know that the minimum absolute maximum rating of OUT pin is -0.3V, but the example waveform in Figure 24 shows large undershoot lower than -0.3V at hot-short event.

Is this stress cause of damage to OUT pin?

 

I found the similar question of TPS25940L on E2E.

According to this thread, I believe that the OUT pin of TPS25921L is not damaged.

Is my understanding correct?
