i have question about TPS27082.

Vin=0V,ON/OFF=5V (input signal)

is this OK ? (This device is To destruction. input Leakage of current)

Hello Masazumi,

While I have not tested this, this should not damage the device. The lower NFET will turn on providing a ground voltage to the gate of the PFET, but without an input high voltage on the source of the PFET, the FET should not turn on.

Vin=1.8V　ON/OFF=3.3Vsignal　datasheet　ON/OFF=8V（max）
Is it OK in case of ON/OFF>Vin?

Yes, ON/OFF can be greater than the Vin pin.

The ON/OFF simply turns on the NFET in order to pull the gate of the PFET to ground, so the ON/OFF can be up to 8 V while the Vin is in the range of 1.2 to 8V.
