We are seeing ~5% fallout with devices internally shorting AFTER reflow soldering. I have profiled the devices on the PWB and component body briefly reached 241C during peak reflow. I also ran several boards with a cooler profile body temp 229C and still had fall out. I cant run any cooler than this. Suggestions? I have profiles to share however have a difficult time attaching.
