Hello Everyone,

I am Manimaran THANGAVEL I am searching MOSFET for reverse polarity protection I need low Rds on and the range between 3 to 8. I have selected CSD19505KCS. Any one give me suggestion for any other MOSFET which is convenient for me or I go with CSD19505KCS.

Do you have any breakdown voltage or package/footprint requirements?

Dear Brett,
First I would like to thank you for your reply.
The breakdown voltage is 5 and TO220 or SO8package ( Vin (min/max) =4 to 30)

Dear Brett,
I am sorry for wrong breakdown voltage in previous message I mentioned 5V but the breakdown voltage is 40V the package are the same TO220 or SO8. If you want more information let me know.

See the attached link. I have provided a filtered list of 40 and 60V TO-220 and SO-8 (dual SO-8 actually) devices, which you can select based on the Rdson you require.
