Mitsuo,

I am looking up the thermal resistance and will provide it upon receipt; however, due to the low power dissipation of TPS3801, it is assumed that Tj = Ta.

The FET resistance can be calculated from values in the Electrical Characteristics table.

For example, when VDD = 3.3V and IOH = 2mA, the Rdson of the FET is 200Ohm. This is calculated by taking the maximum drop across the FET (0.4V) and dividing it by the specified current through the FET.

Hi Mitsuo,

θJA for TPS3801 in the DCK package is 260.5°C/W. Again I would like to emphasize that because of low power dissipation, it is assumed that Tj = Ta.
