This is how it is set up on both boards:
When we get a large current surge on another rail (not the +15 Volts), the input Vin droops enough that the power_good triggers and resets the TPS84250. The part does not restart and becomes latched up. I have probed PH and the clock is not going. I have also probed SS and it does not come up either. The part seems in a permanent off state. This is urgent and we need a solution. So far, our workaround is to remove the R50 and R51 resistor to keep the part from resetting.
