I received this question from my customer.

 

Can UCC24630 or UCC24636 be used with two or more secondary side FETs in parallel configuration?

Primary Controller candidate is Fuji FA5606.

SR FET candidate is Toshiba TK35A08N1.

    Hi Hiroaki, I haven't seen this done, but I believe that it could be done. Note that the UCC2463x family may have issues if the frequency increases suddenly while the unit is running in CCM. Looking at the FA5606 datasheet it's not clear to me if this can happen but it is something to be aware of and check for. See section 7.3.3 of the UCC24630 datasheet for a fuller explanation.
