Got below customer problem (using 4pcs/board)
We are having a problem with the TPS2393.
We were able also to reproduce it on the evaluation board.
One of the tests we are performing is to see what will happen to the circuit when the input changes.
We saw that if the input power (48V) is increased in more than 2V, the controller close the gate.
It is important to say that if the input power is going down ( even in 10V), nothing will happen.
In out circuit, we have dual power inputs. This means that if a user connects a power with higher voltage this scenario will happen.
