Dear Sir
If I would like to enable and turn-on LED LM3554 ,could you hardware pin mode to enable LM3554 without any I2C commend ??
Or I have to use I2C to config bit0~bit2??

The part has a default setting of 518.5mA per channel, and the 2A current limit setting. Also, the TX2 input is set as a voltage output mode control when driven high, so is not a TX input. Only TX1 would have the flash interrupt feature as the default. So without any I2C communication you could use the STROBE input and use the device. No torch mode options unless controlled through I2C.
Without I2C communication there is no way to do torch mode. TX1 can only be a flash interrupt. If TX1 is held low while STROBE is high, then the part will have torch mode currents, but still timeout like a normal flash pulse.
