My customer considers the use of TPS73101.
They calculate Vout drop with a rise in temperature when Vin=2.7 ~ 3.9V, Vout=1.2V, Iout =100mA.
But there isn't reference materials in datasheet.
Could you tell me the method of calculation it or give me reference materials?

We can use the Line Regulation curve to find this information. For a given delta of Vin to Vout, we can see three temperatures.

There is no direct calculation. Vin - Vout in your application is 1.5V.
As shown in the curve, you can expect that Vout can increase ~0.01% with increasing temperature or decrease ~0.03% with decreasing temperature.
