Hi Team,

I am fine tuning the TPS53014 EVM for a specific output conditions. Can you please explain why and how values of R5, R7 and R10 were picked?

R10 sets the current limit. See page 8 of the datasheet. R5 is a BOOT resistor. It is used to slow down the rising edge of the high side FET turn on. I'm sure it was picked by experimentation. I do not know why R7 is placed as it is. Usually it would be at the gate of the low side FET. I would just leave R5 and R7 as is. adjust R10 as required.
