Ramp down limitation on UCD9244

I'm using a UCD9244 along with 3 UCD74106 devices to supply power to a TMS320c6657 for the CVDD, CVDD1, and DVDD15 supply voltages and for whatever reason I can’t get them to ramp down faster than ~2ms, I can make it longer than 2ms but not shorter, we will need a much faster ramp down than that for our hot plug application.  I have determined that the problem is not a dv/dt discharge current issue, an under current issue, or a 3.3V power supply issue.  It’s like there is a global ramp down limit that I’m running into and I searched the data sheet and user guide with no success.  Do you have any suggestions?
