Our customer needs θjc, however we could not find it on the datasheet.

Hi Hirotaka-san

The junction to case thermal impedance is not list in the datasheet we will have to ask the thermal modeling team to generate the data. This will take two weeks or more.

TL2844DR-8 (all values are C/W)
Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 46.6
Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 44.4
Psi JT (standard datasheet value): 7.5
Psi JB (standard datasheet value): 43.8

Theta JC is useful when placing a heat sink on the top of the device.
Psi JT is useful for knowing junction temperature, using top of case temperature measurement.
