problem with Fusion Digital Power Designer (Online) software

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UCD90SEQ64EVM-650, UCD90124

Hi -

I'm having a hard time with the Fusion tools used to create the SMBus script to configure a UCD90124 PMIC. To date our designs have configured the chip on the board by pushing the configuration information via the SMBus. I'm trying to pre program a handful of chips before assembly of a new board by using the UCD90SEQ64EVM-650 development board over a USB connection.

I updated the Fusion tool, connected the development board up to my PC and put a blank IC into the socket. The software comes up and sees the IC without difficulty. I then try File->Import Project, and select my source file. I get the following error :

expected block length to be 4, but it is actually 9 bytes wide

Is there a better way to deal with this than putting my existing profile from scratch? I'd rather not lose that much time doing data entry.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bill
