LM27403 Current Problem without any load

Hi guys,

I design LM27403 Module according to LM27403EVM-POL600 User's Guide but my board consume 100mA current while no load connected to the output and it causes switching Inductor become warm. my output voltage is 3.1V and my input voltage is 12V. it is right or my board have problem?!
