Dear Sir,

I am going to calculate the theaml of TO-256 package  of LM3896 but there is no record of θJc in the specification. May you give me more details paramater for reference, Thansk.

    Searching ti.com for 'LM3896' returns : No matches found for "lm3896"


    The LP3856 does not have any TO-256 package option. Choices are TO-220-5 (LP3856ET-x.x) and TO-263-5 (LP3856ET-x.x).

    I will guess this is probably for the TO-263-5 package (LP3856ES-x.x) ...

          Rθjc(top) = 40.1°C/W

          Rθjc(bottom) = 0.9°C/W
