bq24610 battery detect issue

Dear all.

In our customers battery, when output FET of battery pack turns off by over discharge, and it can't recharge.
Can you think FET of battery pack doesn't become on in battery detection phase?
Can you think battery pack voltage detection is very short?
(They said that there is also something to recharge.)

Battery discharge -> Battery output FET off -> bq24610 can't recharge

Hi PAN-M,

Does the overdischarge protection FET allow current to go into the battery? Can I see a SRN and VFB waveform?

The voltage detection waits for 500ms before measuring, and in this period of time the battery pack should allow current to go into the battery, and voltage at SRN should be VBAT+(V body diode of discharge FET), and VFB should be below ~2.05V (VRECH threshold).
