The customer is now surveying a 250W adapter power and it can meet Energy Start 2.0
Application: Adapter power for medical/industry
I/P:90Vac~264Vac; O/P:12V
SPEC: Follow Energy Start 2.0 (Especilly for that the input power has to be less than 0.5W when no output current at 110Vac/230Vac)
After tested the UCC28061EVM+UCC25600EVM, the measuring data of input power is as below:
Conditions: 12V/0A
110Vac: 2.32W
230Vac:1.65W
And also test the UCC28061EVM only, the data is
110Vac:0.65W
230Vac:0.32W
With above tests, the input power is over 0.5W and it seems that the most loss is contributed from UCC25600EVM.
How does it meet power saving requirement for energy start 2.0? Customer said that the power loss of NCP1605+L6599 is just 0.42W at 110Vac/230Vac with 0A output current.
Could you kindly share the expereince to reduce the static power loss and Pi<0.5W!
