LM137QML & LM137QML-SP

Please note that LM137K/883 and the LM137H1PQM use different processes and will have different TID performance. We do not test the LM137K/883 and it is likely to have worse TID performance.

TI has not performed SEE testing on this part. It is a pure bipolar part and SEL would be unexpected.
Someone else has tested it to 80 MeV-cm^2/mg and did not report SEL:

Some other SEU data can be found by doing a web search on LM137 single event.

These products are manufactured per MIL-PRF-38535 and receive mechanical shock and vibration testing per test methods 2002 and 2007 of MIL-STD-883.

LM137K/883 is a military grade product.

For the space grade version of this product, you want the JL137SYA.   It has been in production for over 20 years.

The LM137JAN-SP comes in the TO-3 package and has an output current maximum of 1.5A.

We do not offer a radiation tested version of this part and have not tested it.  

The LM137QML-SP comes in the TO-39 package and has a 500 mA output.   The parts are similar except for the current limit circuit.

SEE performance should be similar.   I don't know about TID performance.
