LM4132 - 1/F noise

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM4132

Hello Team ,

i am using the LM4132 - 4.096 in one of a high precision design as a reference to a 16 bit DAC

I wanted to know if there was any way i could reduce the output 1/f noise to less that the 1 - LSB of my DAC output

The DAC output LSB is 1/65535*4.096 = 62uV

I see that the 1/F noise specked in data sheet for reference is 350uV

(1 have used a 0.1 1uF cap at the output  )

Currently i am evaluating the noise and accuracy with and without the op amp buffer

Wanted to know if you have some inputs

Thank you
