I would like to confirm how much is the temperature range for TPS79927-Q1.

If you can, could you please simlurate or measure (by EVM) it?

The condition is ;

- Vin: 6V

- Vout1: 1.2V, Iout1: 800mA

- Vout2: 1.8V, Iout2: 130mA

-Ta: 25 degreeC

If you need other infomation, could you please teach it?

    You can obtain an estimate by using the efficiency curves in the D/S and calculating the power loss. Then, remove the inductor losses and multiply the remaining loss by the theta JA. Your exact result in your application depends on PCB layout and the inductor chosen.

    As well, the TPS62420 is only rated to 6Vin, so please do not use it with a 6.0V source voltage because the tolerance will make it above 6V. I assume it is to be used with a ~5V source which may vary up to 6Vin.
