TPS54541 is synchronized to an external clock，will it enters pulse skip mode  at light load？How much load current  is called "light load"？

    Yes, it will still pulse-skip at light load even when synchronized. When it does switch, the SW rising edges will by synchronized with the external clocks falling edges. Light load is typically around 10-100 mA. It depends on Vin, Vout, fsw and L in the application. You can estimate the load current with the equation below.
