Dear fiend,

I am using a TPS54622RHLR 13.0V-17.0V to 12.00V @ 5.0A attached scheme.

My load is a motor with starting peak current of 10A for 200ms and 5A rated current.

Every time I'm trying to turn ON the motor - the output voltage drop off.

Does this circuit can work? Do I have to change some components?

The current limit for TPS54622 may be as low as 8 A It is not really suitable for a 10 A load.

Can I replace it with TPS54821?

That will be right at the minimum current limit. How often are you cycling?

The motor works maximum 6 times in a day. each time for 30 sec.

How can I know the peak current? Can it be 10A?

Let me double check on this. Normally I would suggest that you design with a converter that is rated to deliver your peak current. I think TPS54821 should be able to deliver 10 A for 200 msec 6 times a day. You will need to take a little extra care with you layout to ensure proper heat dissipation.
