For SUPPLY PROTECTION CONTROL to block reverse voltage and not in 9-16.8V range, is the TPS25940 is the right solution?

I do not really understand if the TPS25942 or 44 can help me more ?

Hi Eli,

The TPS25942(Preferred) can be used to protect from any reverse voltage. Here are the circuits.

· Using a signal diode in control path of the device

· Using a FET in series with power path. Here is how we implemented reverse polarity protection in the TPS259230-41EVM. You can try same with the TPS25942.
