I have a question about EN pin impedance of TPS62177.

My customer trys to put the resister between VIN and EN pin to delay startup time.

Please tell me typical ,max and minium impedance of TPS62177 EN pin.

And do you have circuit diagram when we put the resister between VIN and EN pin?

    This is sometimes done but it is not very accurate at all. First, there is the unspecified variation of the 400k pull-down on the EN pin.

    But also, the logic high/low levels on this digital input are very wide. This gives a wide tolerance on when the device actually turns on.

    Also, please note that there is a built-in 1 msec startup delay once EN goes high. Is this sufficient for your application?

    If not, can you explain your system a little bit more and why an EN delay is needed?
