In electrical characteristics of TPS53015's datasheet,

there is description about Vreg5 like attached document.

I think this is electrical characteristics when Ta is 25℃.

But if Ta changes, does they change?

If they change, could you tell me the value of Ivreg5 under Ta=70℃, Vin=13V?

I have data for Vin = 12 V and ta = 85 C. Vreg5 = 5.012 V min, 5.15 V typ, 5.288 V max. VREG5 is generally only used for internal use and PGOOD pull up.

Thank you for the answer.
My customer will use Vreg5 of TPS53015 as regulator under Vin=13V, Iout=20mA(max), Ta=70℃(max) and the load is logic etc.
So I have under two questions.

1. Could they use TPS53015 under these conditions?
2. Could they keep the Vout(5.1V) under these conditions?
If TPS53015 doesn't keep up 5.1V, could I get the reference data like load regulation?

I'll see if we have load reg data. It will be at 85 or 25 C, not 70 C though.

The load regulation 85 C for 12 V input is 88.44 mV min, 88.02 mV typ, 91.54 mV max fro 0 mA < I VREG5 < 10 mA. That is the data we have.

Since I had an EVM handy I measured some additional data. Vin = 13 V, Ta = 25 C.

The regulation curve is linear and follows the regulation from the char data above closely (delta V of 82 mV fro 0 to 10 mA).
