About Iin spec condition of TPS22924C

Please let me know about two points below of TPS22924C.

①About Iin：160μA_max by Datasheet P5, is this spec condition determined for temp range(85℃) and device dispersion?

　If it is correct, I feel that Typ(75μA)～Max range is too large.

　Is there condition other than temp and dispersion?

②Is there distribution map of TPS22924's Iin spec on Vin：3.3V and 85℃?

　（Close spec is OK,too.）

    Hi Satoshi,

    The datasheet maxes take into account both temperature variation as well as process variation.  The max number comes from the worst case temperature (85C) and weakest process.  In general, these numbers are pessimistic and it is expected to see something closer to the typical value.

    Have you taken a look at the TPS22925?  This device is pin to pin with the TPS22924 but has better on-resistance and Iin.
