BQ25015 Incorrect stop of charging

Hi,

My customer has a issue.
BQ25015 stops charging before I(term) which is set by customer.
It is not time out. Stat1 and 2 pin indicate "Charging done".
Why does BQ25015 stop charging before I(term) which is set by customer?
Could you give me advice for this issue, please?

Can you show the test set up? Please make sure that the battery is connected as close to the BAT pin at the IC as possible.

What is the tolerance of the ISET resistor?

Also please see datasheet page 12. There is taper timer. Once the taper threshold is reached, the taper timer starts. Charge will be terminated once the taper timer expires.

Hi Jing,

Thank you for your support.
Iset resistor tolerance is 1 %.
and It is 18 min from reaching of taper threshold.
At attached file, 1 scale is 2 minute.
