LM22672 Output noise

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM22672

I am using a LM22672 to convert 5V DC to 3.3V DC, and I am having trouble with the power up of a device downstream from it.  I am powering up an SFP module as well as many other ICs, however when I connect a clean benchtop power supply to the output line from the LM, My device functions properly.  However, with the output from the LM connected, my device does not function correctly.  Could this be improper output capacitance? Input capacitance?  I just want some input as I work the problem in parallel.

the 3.3V DC coming out in this circuit is sent to a TPS79625DCQ LDO, to give me 2.5 VDC as well.  I took some scope images of the power rails as they come up.  There is some distortion as the 2.5 rail goes high on both lines, and I'm worried that this might be effecting the LM.
