TPS51218 - why does the data sheet say Vout is limited to 2.6V?

Is there really some limitation to using the TPS52128 for Vout above 2.6V?

Hello,

Yes, the input common mode voltage limitation of internal block is the reason why it support Vout below 2.6V

Thanks, but I don't see where Vout touches the part anywhere. Unless the duty cycle is limited to some very low value, the controller doesn't know what Vout. Am I missing something?
