TPS2399 Start up problem

We find the output current oscillation at output start-up. The waveform is shown in below.

The schematic shows in below, HOT Swap MOSFET: STB120NF10, Output CAP=680uF

Do you have any advice? Thanks.

    Hi Gary,

    The current design has a C11 capacitor of 1uF. This will significantly slow down the GATE rise time and could be causing this instability issue.

    We would recommend trying to start up with C11 depopulated, or a significantly lower value (like 2.2nF - 4.7nF) used.
