The datasheet shows the following to use external VCC.
If I apply more than 14V for VCC, what could be occured?
Should I consider we shouldn't apply more than 14V for VCC?

VCC voltage has a max rating of 13V, according to the datasheet. So it is not recommended to go beyond that.

Thank you for your support.
I overlooked the following description and understood "VCC voltage has a max rating of 13V".
So, I believe the following "14V" should be "13V".
Could you please modify it next update of datasheet?
(datasheet page 10)
