Need Vin 24Vdc, output 350Vdc/300W, if have solution?

Is this an isolated or non isolated dc/dc converter ?

Most of dc/dc bricks are designed for 48V systems with an input range of 36V to 75V which step down to lower voltages. I think it is unlikely that we will have a reference design for 24V to 350Vdc at 300W.
