Hello,

I need a confirmation about something:

In the datasheet the pin SYS seems to be connected to the load. Hence it should normally be a Power Output, correct ?

However, inside the datasheet page8 it is labelled as a "I"

So I am confused. Can you please confirm that the output of BQ24165 to connect the load is well on SYS net.

Can you also please confirm the expected voltage to be found on the output pin (SYS) ? I suppose it is the value for the voltage of the battery ?

SYS is the power output. When the battery is not attached or not charging, V(SYS) = 4.33V, When battery attached, < MINSYS=3.5V, V(SYS) = 3.7V. When battery is attached, > MINSYS and charging, V(SYS) = V(BAT) + ICHRG * RDSON_BATFET.

ok, I need another confirmation :
does if CE 1 and/or CE2 are not connected the battery still will charge or not ?

/CE1=/CE2 = GND and the voltage at the battery pin < 4.2V for normal charging.
