Hi,

I am using Bq27200 for measuring capacity of a battery, i programmed  EEPROM as per my battery spec and load conditions as: 3.7V 1200mAh. during discharging of battery RSOC is stuck at 0%, and not updating. what may be the reason.

I charging mode RSOC is getting updated.

CI flag is HIGH in discharging case.

Charging case RSOC is updating
