Hi,

Please tell any way to enable/disable charging in bq24081-Q1.

Will the below circuit work to enable/disable charge current? Is there any Pspice model available for this part?

We are looking for a single cell Li-Po autograde battery charger with thermistor and charge EN/Disable pin. Our charging current will be 50mA only.

    Vinod,

    Using Q6 to float the ISET pin will disable charge.
    Additionally, you may consider shorting the TS pin to ground (or through a resistor) to get into an over-temperature condition which will also disable the charge. This also halts the timers. To restart charge, remove the short and the timers will resume.
