Is it possible to obtain the layout data for the LM368 evaluation board as a step file (or something similar). In the datasheet the layout is shown as figures and I didn't find any link on the homepage to a digital version. I would need this data for a generic analysis of the PCB vibration and it would be great if you support this request.
