Customer is looking for advised on the power output of TPS74221 (TPS74). As shown in the plot below, the output will decrease to ~0.58V then charge back again. The current configuration of his board was no load to TPS74221. He is wondering if it is normal output because the FB voltage is 0.6V. Is this normal operation?
