UCC28700 and UCC24610 PMP design dimensions

For PMP8695, the X-Y dimensions can be read off the pdf version of the layout on the web page under "download design files":

This board is 42 x 57 mm.

The max height component is C4 at 14 mm, this info is contained in the Altium design files, also available under "download design files".

Allowing for 2.5 mm SMT component height under the PCB and 1 mm for PCB thickness, overall assembly height is 17.5 mm max.


For PMP4351, the dimensions are not included in the gerber pdf on this one, and the original Altium files are not available to download.

However, I have checked internally and the dimensions are as follows:
27 x 41 mm PCB X-Y size.

Max height 13 mm above board, 2.5 mm under, so max assy height ~ 16.5 mm (allowing 1 mm for PCB thickness).
