LMZ31710EVM-001 Not working

Assuming all other jumpers are correctly placed, this is not expected. Does the 12V input appear properly at the test points on the EVM?
Was there any accidental application of either reverse polarity input voltage or Vin exceeding 17V?

Hi Bin,

PGND and AGND is shorted in module, you don't need to connect it on board. we have LMZ31710 user guide on TI website, you can check it with the board on your hand. pls contact local TI office for more support.

Do you mean that AGND and PGND are shorted in the chip? or shorted on the board?

When I apply 12V on the board, there is 0.7V between AGND and PGND. And 166 oHm between them when I didn't apply the 12V.

I see a jumper R15 on the schematic but it is not soldered.

The first one is VOUT, the second one is the power supply, the third one is PH.

It looks like your input power supply may be in current limit. Can you adjust the current limit up? Also, can you send a photo of the EVM connections?

The current limit is 1.025A. Far away from the number showed. And if I connect the PGND and AGND together with the Green wire on the PGND, the POUT will be zero.
