Dear All,

I looking for the low cost solution for AC/DC controller.

Vin : 100 ~260VAC

output : 15 ~ 20VDC/5~7 A

I saw that LM5023 is suitable for my design. But in the EVB schematic, this solution is using 2 MOSFET.

Any advise for other controller?

Hi Thio,
Yes, LM5023 is good option.
For "2 MOSFET", are you meaning Q1 and Q2?
Q2 is the major Power MOS, where Q1 is used to provided bias power.
However you can replace Q1 by resistors and a transistor like PMP8955.

Another option is UCC28600 which is also QR flyback controller.
