TPS22945 - Vin pin voltage and ON pin voltage

Would you mind if we ask TPS22945?

We would like to confirm as follows;

<Question1>
Is it possible to use with following condtions?
-Vin=5V, ON=3.3V

<Question2>
Relation with <Question1>, OC pin is pull up with 3.3V.
It is no problem, isn't it?

Yes. You can refer to the table on Datasheet Page 5(Electrical Characteristics (continued)-Control Input (ON)) for more details.

<Question2>:
No, it is no problem. Would you please provide more information why OC is not pull up with Vin but 3.3V?
