is it possible to pre-program LM3630a and store it in EPROM??

LED current? OVP? SW frequency?

When I boot LM3639A up and it can re-store setting from EPROM?

    sorry, that is not possible.  The device is default state is not changeable.  You will have to power up the device, bring HWEN high and then re-program the registers.  Once either VIN falls below 1.8V or HWEN is brought low, the registers will get reloaded with their default values.
