TLV62084/TPS562200/TPS54229 max value of switching frequency

Dear all.

Our customer needs less than 2MHz switching frequency of device.
(Please don't introduce other devices because not approval of customer's side.)
In VIN=3.3V of "Figure 8. Switching Frequency vs Output Current" of datasheet, the switching frequncy doesn't exceed 2MHz.
Isn't there every kind of condition beyond 2MHz?

And how much would a frequency drift of TPS562200 and TPS54229?

Do you have any data?

PAN-M,

the switching frequency of the TLV62084 depends on the duty cycle as it can be partly seen in the Figure 8 of the datasheet (VIN varies). This means, your questions can be answered, if the output voltage is known as well.

For TPS562200 and TPS54229, the frequency is not directly controlled. There is no internal oscillator. It uses adaptive on time and hysteretic off time. the perceived operating frequency is 1 / (ton + toff). It can vary quite a bit with Vin, Vout and Iout. The datasheet should have typical graphs for this. In any case, frequency will always be much less than 2 MHz.

A system of our customer is operating by more than 2 MHz(-30MHz).
Therefore DCDC converter has to work by less than 2 MHz every kind of environment.
The Input/output of our customer is In=3.3V Out=1.2V.I think information of datasheet is typical, but we want all temparature and limit input voltage.
Do you have any data?

I know that there are no oscillators in DCAP.
I imagine that there would not be the timing of the setting beyond 2MHz.
Do you have any data(input=12V, output=5V,3.3V and all temparature)?

I am fairly certain we only have typical value like shown in the TPS54229 datasheet figures 9 and 10. Since there is no oscillator to test, it is not characterized.

PAN-M,

for this duty cycle, the switching frequency is well below 2MHz. We'll check for the full temp. range and provide data.
