Would you mind if we ask TPS40200?

When the output has 0.9V, Vin added the voltage.
And then, TPS40200 didn't output.
What should we confirm? Could you give us the advice?

Thank you for your reply.
We sent you the customer's circuit.

And we consider that Vout 0.9 bias causes the failure.
As our assumuption, ISNS is added the 0.3V(via PFET body diode 0.9-0.6V=0.3V), VDD voltage will be less than ISNS.
So, in case of this reverse voltage, it occurs OCP protection.
Is our recognition correct?
