Below is customer waveform. negative voltage -2.7V is about 13ns. That voltage and timing looks not specified on datasheet just only -7V <10 ns specification. Has any damage concern for this waveform? Thank you.

"The waveform is normal, there is no problem. The -2.7V negative spike in the waveform is less than 4ns long, the rest of the waveform highlighted in the red circles is normal body diode conduction with a voltage ~-0.8V. for the -7V <10 ns spec, the 10ns is the time of spike which is larger than -7V instead of the dead time."
