now I want to find a linear convertor with lower reference voltage(0.4 even lower),adjustable output,3.3V input,1A output

Colin,

I do not know of a linear regulator with a vref of 0.4V, however, we do have several with a vref of 0.5V.

These would include the LP5922, TPS7A7001, LP38512, LP38513, and TPS7A7002.

I will move your posting to the Linear regulator group to see if they have any further recommendations.
