Td of tps3307 is prescribed with Min140~Max280 ms by the 25 degree.

How many is Td when using the full temperature range?

Do you have a temperature dependency chart of Td?

Hi Kobayashi,

There are several environmental factors that could affect timing. These factors include temperature, capacitance on /RESET, and overdrive (the higher Vdd is above the threshold, the faster /RESET will change states). For testing purposes we have selected the conditions stated.

I am unaware of any curves outside of what is currently provided in the datasheet.

But our customer want to any data which can confirm the temperetare denedency of Td.

Could you estimate how long do Td change at full temperature range?

Hi Kobayashi,

Thank you for your patience. We drifted 1 unit over temperature. Here are the results:

-40C td = 255ms
-10C td = 251ms
25C td = 253ms
55C td = 259ms
85C td = 270ms
