TWL6032: TWL6032 design question

Part Number: TWL6032

TWL6032, can we GND the VBUS_B1-B3?

Now the USB_OTG_VBUS is from the debug port, but not for battery charging? customer found the USB_OTG_VBUS to PMIC will interfere with Vsys (5V).

  • Derek,

Can you clarify GND the VBUS_B1-B3 statement for me? B1 pin out is VBUS where B2 is CHRG_PMID and B3 is CHRG_SW. From the specification if VBUS is not used then it should be connected to ground if VBUS detection from PMIC is needed. As far as B2 (CHRG_PMID) and B3 (CHRG_SW) they need to be floating if not used.
