LM25119Q: Adaptive Dead-time Control on LM25119Q

Part Number: LM25119Q

Dear, Sir.

My customer are examining the adaptive dead-time cotrol on fail-safe-wise point of view.

Datasheet described on

"The LO and HO outputs are controlled with an adaptive dead-time methodology which insures that both outputs
are never enabled at the same time. When the controller commands HO to be enabled, the adaptive dead-time
logic first disables LO and waits for the LO voltage to drop. HO is then enabled after a small delay. Similarly, the
LO turn-on is disabled until the HO voltage has discharged. This methodology insures adequate dead-time for
any size MOSFET."

I would like to confirm followings ;
1. HO or LO, if one is not discharged(voltage to drop) due to chip internal malfunction, Another is never enabled?
2. During the dead-time, if discharged voltage is increased again due to chip malfunction, etc, Another is never enabled?

Best Regards,
H. Sakai
